Warsaw is in a continuous state of architectural change. Besides gothic churches to classicist palaces and Soviet-era blocks, the Polish capital also has a stringer staircase made of oiled oak by markiewicz. The curved glass balustrade stands out in particular and gives the staircase its purist aesthetic. It is this fusion of modern interpretation and simple elegance that distinguishes today’s craftsmanship.
